Service rules, party responsibilities, and applicable limitations
Shoreline Embroidery offers custom embroidery services, textile design consulting, and the sale of handmade finished products. All orders are executed based on specifications previously agreed upon with the client.
We do not guarantee that the final result will fully correspond to the client's mental image, only that it will comply with the technical description and materials established in the order.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information regarding the desired design, dimensions, type of material, and delivery deadline.
The client is responsible for obtaining copyrights for any model, logo, or image they submit for embroidery. Shoreline Embroidery assumes no liability for infringement of third-party rights.
Shoreline Embroidery is not responsible for product damage caused by improper washing, prolonged sun exposure, or use under abrasive conditions.
In the event of manufacturing defects, the client is entitled to a remake of the product within 14 days of receipt, provided written notification is given.
We are not liable for delays caused by external material suppliers or force majeure.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for clients who repeatedly violate the presented terms, transmit offensive content, or fail to meet payment deadlines.
In the event of termination, the client will be notified in writing, and any ongoing orders will be completed or proportionally refunded.
Shoreline Embroidery may update these terms of use at any time, through a notice published on the website. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
